Grand Opening of the New Food Bank at Durham

The grand opening of our Food Lion Feeds Hunger Solution Center at Durham is a celebration of growth, partnership, and community impact. 

This event marks the opening of the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina’s new Durham Branch location and highlights our continued commitment to nourishing neighbors across the Triangle and beyond. The celebration recognizes Food Lion’s extraordinary investment in the fight against hunger and introduces the Hunger Solution Center as a vital hub for food distribution, volunteer engagement, and advocacy for long-term change. 

Together with community leaders, supporters, and local pantries and meal sites, we will celebrate this important milestone, honor the partnerships that made it possible, and reaffirm our shared commitment to building a future where no one goes hungry.
