Healthy Eating Guidelines
At the Food Bank, we believe that everyone deserves to be able to meet their health goals, regardless of income or zip code. That's why we work to make as much food as possible available that includes nutrients that support general health and well-being. We will identify those foods using Healthy Eating Research Guidelines designed for food banks and food pantries.
Nutrition Education
We work to make healthy, affordable eating accessiblt to all. Our nutrition team leads virtual classes from our on-site teaching kitchen, as well as mobile cooking demonstrations alongside local communty partners.
