IRS Letter of Determination
The Food Bank is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit established in 1980, Tax ID Number 56-1283426. This means contributions are tax-deductible according to state and federal guidelines.
IRS Form 990
The Food Bank files IRS Form 990 each year, providing a summary of the annual revenue and expenditures that fuel our efforts to end hunger in local communities.
Audited Financials
In addition to regular IRS reports, we engage in an annual independent audit to review all financial records and accounting practices. Our most recent audit covers the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.
