Young Professionals Council
Volunteer. Advocate. Network. Lead.
The Food Bank's Young Professionals Council brings together community members age 21-40 to raise awareness of rising hunger in our region ā and efforts to meet these challenges head-on. Throughout the year, we host a mix of networking events, socials, and learning opportunities, providing a solid balance of professional development and fun.Ā
Join a community that makes a difference and grows together!
Be part of a group that builds leadership skills and grows together personally and professionally ā with a focus on improving our community through volunteerism and advocacy. Members of our Young Professional Council meet and network with other community-minded individuals in an environment that promotes genuine relationships. Through hands-on experiences, members gain leadership skills, head initiatives, and guide efforts to successful outcomes. Development opportunities range from event planning and public speaking to project management and team oversight.
