The āGoal to End Hungerā challenge comes as hunger has reached its highest point in a generation ā with more families facing food insecurity today than the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic.Ā
Today, more than 1.6 million people across North Carolina donāt know where their next meal might come from ā a staggering 1 in 7 people statewide. With the rising cost of food, housing, and gas affecting so many of our neighbors, Slavin and Stankoven are encouraging fans and supportersĀ to rally behind the team by donating to the Food BankĀ throughout the championship matchup.
