Make Your Voice Heard: State Leaders Must Act to Save Food Purchase Funding
Federal cuts eliminated funding that hunger relief organizations use to purchase food directly from North Carolina growers, producers, and food hubs. That makes state funding even more important — and the NC General Assembly is meeting this month to make budget decisions. With hunger at a 15-year high, we need state leaders to understand the importance of this funding!

Stamp Out Hunger on May 9
On Saturday, May 9, you can join an annual day of action that gathers non-perishable food and funds to support local food pantries. Place your non-perishable food donation right next to your mailbox for pickup by your letter carrier.
