Food Bank has taken action to educate ourselves and step up our partnerships with organizations that work to empower LatinX communities.
The three main goals are to provide more nutritious food to the community, create an environment that is supportive of healthy choices, and help clients feel confident in preparing and consuming healthier foods.
For 12 weeks in spring/summer 2019, the Food Bank partnered with Raleigh Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Resources Department on the Garden Corps project.
