This year we are Celebrating Women Who Tell Our Stories and the Food Bank is excited to share the stories of many remarkable women, who have shaped the Food Bank into what it is today and the women who continue to carve out the path of fighting food insecurity in our 34-county service area.Â
The Food Bank is seeking partners across our 34-county service area to serve as meal distribution sites or paid meal vendors for summer 2023.
Stamp Out Hunger will be held this year on Saturday, May 13th. On this day, the public is asked to simply place bags filled with nonperishable food items next to their mailbox. A Letter Carrier will collect the donation and take it back to their postal branch where Food Bank volunteers/staff will be on-site throughout the day to unload the postal trucks.
Donations matched in June + July to #StopSummerHunger and ensure growing children get the nourishment they need to grow, play, and learn.
Dozens of locations across our service area are providing free grab-and-go Kids Summer Meals for children.
